Outbound Plan

Plan the delivery of stored import cargo to the consignee's truck: which House B/L and how many packages, who picks up, which truck and when, and whether the delivery documents are in order (D/O, CFS charges) and — per customs declaration — whether the requested packages may pass the customs control area. A House B/L declared on several declarations is released by customs per declaration; red-lane cargo is inspected first. One plan = one pickup trip — a D/O can be delivered over several trips (partial delivery). Picking through gate-out belongs to Outbound Execution.
Exception Demo Mode is ON
The consignee asked to take everything left on DO-2026-5521, but Type B (68 CTN) is on warehouse Hold and its declaration is not released by customs. Sending to execution is blocked until the planner chooses Partial Delivery (Type B stays in storage) or holds the delivery.
