Export Receiving

Receive export cargo delivered loose by the shippers' trucks — one receipt per House B/L of a confirmed Export Order (EO-, carrier Booking), created when the order is confirmed. Steps: truck arrival & documents, unload & tally, palletise & label HU, put-away in the export zone. Completing the receipt issues the cargo receipt; the packages become available to Stuffing Plan. Stuffing still needs the export declaration Cleared (customs feed). The truck enters and leaves through the terminal gate (TOS).
Receive the shippers' export cargo, delivered loose by truck, against a confirmed Export Order (carrier Booking): check truck and documents, unload and tally, palletise and label HUs, put away in the export zone by booking.

Export Receiving Detail

Follow the receipt of one House B/L from the truck at the CFS door to put-away in the export zone. One receipt = one House B/L of an Export Order; the export declaration status comes from the customs feed.

Truck at the CFS door → unload & tally → palletise & label HU → put-away in the export zone. The truck enters and leaves through the terminal gate (TOS).
