Master Order

The order for a terminal CFS. Inbound Order = one Master B/L (the forwarder's shipment): its containers to devan — each matched with TOS by Container No. + Master B/L — and the House B/Ls under it, each with its own consignee. Outbound Order = one D/O delivering one House B/L (or part of it) to its consignee — by truck (loose) or, re-stuffed at the CFS, in a container (transshipment, transfer to an ICD under bonded transit, or a whole container to the consignee). Export Order = one carrier Booking: the House B/Ls of several shippers received loose at the CFS and stuffed into the booked containers. This menu only creates orders (Draft → Confirmed, or Cancelled); discharge, devanning, customs and delivery progress are followed in Order Tracking. Devanning tally, put-away, inventory and delivery run per House B/L in Inbound/Outbound Plan & Execution; container movement inside the terminal is owned by TOS.
Inbound orders per Master B/L (containers + House B/Ls) devanned into the CFS; Outbound orders per D/O delivering a House B/L by truck or in a re-stuffed container; Export orders per carrier Booking, consolidated into containers at the CFS.
