Inbound Plan
One Inbound Plan = one container to devan at the CFS. A plan is generated automatically when a Master Order is confirmed (one plan per container) or created manually. The CFS sets its own devanning schedule (start time, team, staging — the bay is only tentative and is assigned when the container is received) and the suggested storage zone per House B/L. Moving the container from the yard to the CFS is TOS's job — T-WMS only receives the TOS event “container delivered to CFS”, checks the seal and validates. Devanning itself runs in Inbound Execution.
