Execute one devanning plan step by step — Receive the container from TOS (bay assigned on the spot), Devanning & Tally per House B/L (count + outer condition — packages are not opened), Pallet Confirmation (damaged packages on a separate pallet), Goods Receipt and Put-away. One execution = one container (from its Inbound Plan); customs status is read per House B/L from the Master Order (single source).
